Anxiety is what I associate with buying a car. My experience at Gillman Subaru was the exact opposite. I was completely at ease, and that is Attributed to the Staff that assisted me: Sharaz, Trent and Hyder. They were Very Personable and Professional, and considerate of My Interests and Needs. I was Trading in and taking a Lease. Since the car I wanted was not available, they ordered it.In addition, Mike Leroy (Delivery Specialist) met with me to Schedule an appointment after I drive the car for a few weeks. He plans to conduct a one-on-one reviewing the car details and any questions I might have. I will receive a $25 gas card too.Please continue to provide Outstanding Service. It has caused me to return.Sincerely,Peter A. Jensen

We got used Toyota camry SE from you guys. You all said was good car so we bought and paid then to get it takes 1 week when we start to use car we figure out had break problem we brought to you you fixed again same problem. Also we paid insurance $2500 you add principal amount plus calculated percentage for that . Didnt help because you didnt care. those also didnt work. To much problem there happened from first step and damaged to me this situation $4500 end of this problem "GiLLMAN" employee said sorry we better about Subaru not about Toyota. Conclusion i have a lot of negative feedback and argumanet but just headache. Negative attitude negative customer service high price.
