We really appreciate that the car was delivered to our home. Although the purchase was lengthy, the outcome was great. The dealership provided a lower interest rate than the preapproved loan provided. The car is a 2018 BMW 530I which was in great condition with low mileage. The salesman was professional and very patient in answering all our questions. A great purchase!

Editing this reluctantly. Since I got the car late January, it's had to be towed twice for not starting. Because they can't find the reason for the check engine, check battery and check oil lights coming on, well I'm stuck driving it and wondering when it's going to fail next.Now the check oil and change oil filter lights are coming on. Logically, I can accept it's because they got it in October (it was on display in the showroom) and it's because it's at 6 months. But my experience has left me concerned that it's not. The advice is to just reset it. I'm not reassured.So my fantastic 5* experience is getting chipped away at. I'm gambling on a third engine fail happening at a convenient time and place and the hope that they'll figure it out. Not fun.Edit. Bought my car here on the back of the customer service.Superb service, patient in helping you get what you really want. Keen to make sure it really will meet your needs. Not aggressive or hostile. Just really good service.
