Best car buying experience ever, I’ll never buy anything brand new other than a Subaru

Bryan was great!Amir was horrible. He is nothing more than sleazy. I had simple questions about pre qualifying and he proceeded to talk to me like I was a piece of trash. He also called me multiple times and pressured me to agree to terms over the phone which is just completely ridiculous.I had very simple requests and he acted as though I was asking for the world. He also blatantly lied to my face about qualifying for a car.When we confronted him and told him we thought he was being very rude, he told us he was sorry we felt that way and we should go somewhere else.Not sure how he still works there.If you absolutely have to go to this location Bryan is great but I was request to use a different manager.

I was in the market for a pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek. As most people know, purchasing a car is a big investment and is often a big decision that comes with some stress. I was assisted by Brian Emeh every step of the way from when I first walked into the dealership. Mr. Emeh is very patient and knowledgeable and was always responsive when I had any questions. I test drove three of the models I was interested in and finally narrowed it down to the model I wanted (a certified pre-owned Crosstrek, Limited trim). When I was ready, Mr. Emeh made the purchase as easy as it could have been and got me the best price possible. Then, Hyder from financing worked to get me the best interest rate and guided me through all of the necessary paperwork. I received electronic copies of everything before I even left the dealership. My car was filled with gas and beautifully detailed when I left. I am extremely happy with my experience and for the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Emeh, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru in the Houston area.
