I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had with your dealership. My car was in your service department for three weeks, during which time communication was poor. I was not kept informed about the status of my vehicle, nor was the exact problem ever fully explained to me in person or over the phone. I found it very frustrating that I had to bring my car back to be fixed again after the initial repair, and the lack of transparency throughout this process made the situation even more stressful.Additionally, I was extremely disappointed to learn that a part was fixed without my full approval. It is concerning that I was unable to get in touch with anyone in the service department directly when I needed clarification or updates. This level of customer service did not meet my expectations, and I hope that you can address these issues to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

My temporary paper plates expired after two months. I requested new ones, still haven’t received it. I get excuses about the hurricane slowed things down. Everything seems great when they want your money. Horrible customer service
