I do not recommend this dealership specifically the finance department. The sales team was okay. As soon as we sat down with Jaime Ngo she was more concerned with selling us warranty extensions than actually helping us understand the process. She was super vague and absolutely did not go through every document. She didn’t even tell us who was our loan going trough, what the interest rate was or anything.Watch out for those table tablets they use, it doesn’t let you see the whole document and she just brushed through and had us sign. My husband is a veteran and she did not concern herself to explain that we were filling out the registration paperwork. We wanted to sign up for Veteran plates and we had to do that after the fact, she also delayed handing us over all the paperwork and pretended to forget because she knew what she did. The day of pickup everyone was super lame and kinda rushed us out. After i asked for the documents i see the huge amount added after all the stupid warranties she sold us. She ghosted us after she realized i was upset trying to gaslight me and say that i had time to decide to keep the warranties, even though there absolutely is a time limit. Marcos Martinez also was not great. I requested him specifically, i saw him at the office and then all of a sudden he left home early. The whole office is obviously in on it. He did call me till i applied pressure and offered me a lousy oil change. You can do better then that. So overall super ghetto and slimy. Go anywhere else but here. And if ya’ll see this and want to make it right. Hit me up not my husband.

Welcoming environment, made my interactions with employees easy to understand and resolved all inquiries. Suburu you have an outstanding store and service center. I guess the amazement for myself was the pristine shine in the service bay area.
