Had an amazing experience with Sayed! We didn't plant to drive off with anything and had an appt at another Subaru dealer but due to time we stopped by to Gillman and Sayed was very pleasant from the start when he met us at the dealership. We never felt pressured, he listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable and the features and concerns we had. He didn't make us wait and when we were waiting due to the busy holiday weekend he constantly checked in on us and let us know of the status of the vehicle being ready and finance dept to sign papers. Great experience and very happy!

Overall, I have found Team Gillman Subaru North has been exceptional in their customer experience and knowledge. We have multiple Subaru vehicles so the service team has been very good about explaining the service experience and related costs. My oldest daughter just bought her 2nd Subaru Legacy and she's very happy with that purchase. Gilly was great and responsive with the buying process.
