    Recently had my 2019 Forester in for service. On my previous visit in August, I was given a list of items that needed to be addressed. I was alarmed at the time that there were quite a few things that needed to be addressed on a vehicle with 30K miles. On this recent visit I was prepared to start on the list by getting an oil change and struts replaced. The technician stated they would check the struts and do an inspection. When he returned after the inspection, he informed me that my struts were find and they couldn't find anything else that needed to be addressed. He apologized for whoever mislead me. I was only charged for the oil change. I definitely appreciated the honesty, but it makes me a bit leery about the previous service recommendations. However, I left very satisfied after this service visit.

    My Service Advisor, Jared Fojtasek, did an excellent job of keeping me informed of my vehicles progress. Further, since the 90k service and the oil pan seal replacement took several hours he arranged for me to go get lunch and return. First class! Highly recommend Team Gillman Subaru.
