Great service!! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience every time I have been even just for service at Gilman Subaru North of Houston. I really appreciate while I’m waiting for my car service maintenance when I encounter one of the other employees and they speak about the upcoming models or what you’re interested or not in your current vehicle. As I was coming up upon a little over two years on my lease, I had an excellent service personnel named Don Scegiel to assist me in determining whether I could be a good candidate for a trade up on my current lease. As I was leasing a Subaru Solterra EV, I traded up for the new 2026 Subaru Trailseeker EV and I’ve never been happier in my life with the vehicle and the service and the quality of service that Don exudes. He went the extra mile and I got a few upgrades that were unexpected on the vehicle they were able to obtain from another dealership so I only waited a day before it came in and it was charged and ready for me to pick up. Such a wonderful customer service by Don and the finance department. It was my best car buying experience so far. I truly recommend Gilman Subaru North and to meet up with Don to buy your next lease or purchase of a car.
