My whole experience was HORRIBLE. This dealership only cares about your money, once you drive out of that lot, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. I repeat YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. I traded in my 2018 cr-v for a 2023 cx-5 on August 16th. The sticker on the car shows that the car has a dealership warranty, but the finance is handing me parpers that says "Sold as is" to sign and he's urging me to buy that third party warranty. I asked him about the dealership warranty on the sticker, and he has the nerve to tell me that there was not such a thing as dealership warranty on the car. Luckily the car was not removed from their inventory yet and i could show what was on the car...Oh Sir that's just the factory limited warranty. Next thing the guy is pushing me to finance my car with 11% interest rate from Chase, and mind you I have credit score of 820+. I asked him to try bank of America which i bank with, he claimed they will not respond till the next day, i offered to come back that Saturday, he started telling me how he won't be working that day and the next person will start everything all over. I told him to try another bank, and he came up with a rate from Capitol one which was almost 9%. I decided to go for it as it was almost 11pm and i had my 2 little one with me. I got the car and left the dealership, and I never received my paperwork as promised through email. When Capital one sent me the loan information, I noticed the payment he showed me went up by $20. So I call the dealership, just to find out that things i never agreed for was added to my loan. I kept calling the dealership to have some explanation, but nobody was ever available to address my issue. I had to call the CEO Ms Leslie, who urged the sale/finance dpt to take care of it. The entire deal was cancelled and financed through BOFA this time with an interest rate of 5.79% this time. Up to today, the car i traded has still not been paid off, and i have the payment coming up. I've been calling the dealership since last week about it, they said it take 2-3 weeks to get it done... it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Today September 6th, I called the dealership and i was very upset because I' ve been hung up on a couple times and they they kept playing me around, they either ignore my calls or they promise a call back that never happens. Today I have the opportunity to speak to an UNPROFESSIONAL and ARROGANT individual called Amir who claimed to be a sale manager...telling me to no longer raise my voice or he would hang up on me but mind you, he can raise his voice at me but not the other way around. I wish he could talk to me the same way face to face. He claimed the car was paid off and that i should STOP calling the dealership to scream at his employees(after they keep lying and hanging up on me). However, my bank says the check was never received. Gillman Corporate should fire Amir, he is hurting their business. Also I still haven't received my car paperwork 3weeks later. I also noticed that I was not given the lug nut lock key, I called about, I was told to call Mazda about it, even though I bought the car from Subaru...and still no response up to today. This dealership is a SCAMNever and ever will I take my business to this dealership again. If there was a possibility to return this car I would do it in a heartbeat.

Had a great Experience with Patrick in leasing a new vehicle. Patrick was succinct, wonderful and was a pleasure to work with. At no time, we ever felt pressured to buy a vehicle we weren't sure about. He was excellent in given us a very thorough overview of the car after the purchase was complete. Highly recommend!!
