I had an amazing experience buying a car here! Right before this place I was duped by another dealer, but at Team Gillman I was helped by Andrew Turner and his manager Mo at every step.I bought a pre-owned Honda CR-V from them. Andrew refused to let me take any car that wasn’t perfect. They also let me put a $200 down payment, wait for a week before I actually bought it, and take it to a mechanic of my choice. I loved how they were willing to work with me on the final price as well.Even after I got the car home Andrew checked with me that everything was going well. Overall, an awesome experience. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Denny Duong at Gillman Subaru North of Houston, TX, during a challenging time—amidst the COVID pandemic when inventory was low and dealer integrity was often questionable. Despite these difficulties, Denny made the process smooth and straightforward. As an out-of-town customer, I was concerned about the condition of the car I was interested in. Denny personally inspected the vehicle, noted all issues, and took steps to address them. His honesty about the car's condition and his no-pressure sales approach were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Denny Duong for his professionalism and integrity in a difficult market.

Definition of SNEAKY CAR SALESMAN. I was SO disappointed and upset with Team Gillman North. This is my first vehicle purchase and after a full day car shopping and falling in love w the Subaru Impreza, I received a text from my sales consultant saying he spoke with manager and would be able to make my budget work and could get a car in the color and trim I wanted the next day… all they needed was a deposit. It was 1 hour before they closed.. we raced over… sat in the lobby 2 HOURS (watching them goof off and cut jokes in the conference room) only for my sales consultant to come back and say “my manager I guess misheard me” and gave us the "final" quote … AFTER PULLING A CREDIT APP… even though he PROMISED the numbers would work multiple times (I had been very clear and direct about my budget all along) and the quote was WAY off. So upsetting it’s a first time car buyer and that’s the way I was treated.
