Team Gillman did an OUTSTANDING job servicing and repairing my 5-year old Subaru Outback. They performed over $13,000 in repairs all under my Extended Subaru Gold Coverage warranty, plus the $100 deductible fee. I am so pleased that the transmission is not only fixed, but 'completely replaced' with a Subaru brand new one, as well as steering components and other items, all under warranty. PLUS, they provided us with a very new/nice loaner car for the entire length of the service. The Team Gillman service writers (especially Angel) and mechanics are absolutely outstanding. RGS

The service performed on my vehicle was fine and fairly quick. My recommendation would be that the service manager would lead by telling what deals or coupons were available to save the customer money rather than giving a total for services and asking to pay. I heard the total and told him that I had a coupon and then he told me that he had other deals/coupons. In my opinion that should have been the first thing he told me. That’s all, good honest business. If I hadn’t said that I had or knew of a coupon they would have let me pay full price. I know that the dealer is looking to maximize profits, but coupons and deals exist, so offer it up front.
