Came to Gillman Subaru to look at an Outback for the wife and ended up with a Legacy Touring XT. Great experience and such a professional staff. Would say the best was working with Joshua Reese who was exceptional. Felt we received a fair deal on this vehicle. Wife has been a Cadilac (CTS) driver for years but not now - Loves the Legacy!! Natasha Lazic was great!!! She answered all our questions and helped us choose the perfect car at the great price. I just wish the company would change their policy about the use of personal check. I recommend Natasha for her patience and honesty.

Our experience at Gillman Subaru used vehicles not only lacked any hassle, it was actually a fun, enjoyable experience! Natasha Lacik was our salesperson and we knew right away we would be treated like family. We bought the vehicle "as is" but they still threw in a few things for us to get us started. As the old saying goes, "Way to go, Gillman!" And Natasha will be our extended family from now on!

I ordered a part that was for a ej2.5 but I have an ej22 in my 98 Impreza. It’s an ac delete bracket. Thankfully it fit: but these guys have a verification process to make sure it’s compatible. Granted it’s a perfect fit and the process said no. They sent me an email directly to me to make sure I still wanted the part. And then on top of the beyond amazing customer service. They sent me a few little gifts with my purchase. Was more excited then a child on Christmas. Highly recommend these guys even over my local Subaru dealership. A+ all the way around!
