    Contacted this dealership about a used car, and communicated with Luis, Liz, and Brandon. Brandon who is the finance manager called me right away, because I filled out the online credit information and was pre-approved for the car I wanted. I was satisfied with the offer over the phone and set an appointment to come to the dealership and see the vehicle. I told Brandon I lived 57 miles one way away from this dealership, and he assured me the car would be clean and ready to view and test drive. When I drove the hour and fifteen minutes to the dealership guess what...the car had a mechanical issue and was in the maintenance department and could not be see or test driven, but they never thought to call and tell me this. When I told Luis that "yall" I was told to come and see the vehicle he claimed he didn't tell me that, so I guess in his eyes he is not in the wrong. I proceeded to tell him "yall" is the dealership and you represent this dealership, so just want everyone who reads this to know they are NOT a professional dealership.

    I bought a certified Subaru from another Gillman dealership. Sales experience was good; however I had an issue with the car that they would not resolve. I reached out to Mr. Chris Gillman who owns this dealership. He contacted me and personally assured me my car issue wold be taken care of if I brought it to this location; which I did. I can't begin to tell you what awesome service I received! They not only corrected the issue but went above and beyond doing their multi-point inspection and found some other things that needed attention. Kept me in the loop as well. I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Gillman and his service team at this dealership. I will never take my vehicle to any other location even though I live in Katy! It is worth the drive to receive such top notch and outstanding service! Thank you Chris Gillman and your awesome service team!

    The car was overpriced and ill maintained. I was told my car had the mats, and then after my purchase was told it didn't matter that one is missing because I bought it as is. I was assured it had never been in an accident, but when I took off the temporary license plate it was clear someone had bumped into the front end breaking part of the car and the license plate frame, and in the daylight it is apparent the bumper has been replaced. I have had over $6,000 worth of work done on this car that I purchased from you outside of routine services IN ONE YEAR. The extended warranty was sold to me as "almost bumper to bumper" and it doesn't even cover the entire engine. I have a terrible interest rate because when I came in, for the second time, to purchase my car your team kept me sitting in sales for over 2 hours then the finance person explained I couldn't get a better rate because the banks had closed an hour before. When I've called your dealership literally sent me to person after person who had a full inbox and didn't answer. When it broke down and I was in another city your dealership couldn't share the information for the extended warranty I purchased a couple months beforehand. I have called dozens of times, emailed on multiple occasions, and left countless voicemails.

    Made the mistake of trusting them in a used car purchase. Stupid, I know. Within weeks, it required thousands of dollars in maintenance and repair. THOUSANDS. I bought it as-is, so they refuse to even discuss making it right, even though it broke down just two weeks after purchase. Ethically, based on my experience, the only difference between them and the lowest, sleaziest used car dealer is the fancy showroom.     Put in for pictures since none were listed on their site or the car listing sites. Got a call the next day at about 11am saying I would get pictures soon. Got another call an hour later asking if I received contact and pictures, nope. Received pictures a little while after that and began to talk to the salesman. Denied both of my offers on the vehicle (even though I would be paying cash, registering it and paying taxes in a other state, and also be driving 600+ miles to pick it up). Saw the car listed the next day for $1000 more than previous on a car listing site. "Messaged" them with their little pop up chat, asked the used car managers name and any dealer fees they have associated with used cars. She didnt have that information (an employer doesnt know or cant get the name of a manager at the lot?) And someone would get ahold of me with the information. That never happened. All around poor experience from initial contact to any kind of follow up. Seems like they dont really care about working with you in any fasion.
