They’re always so helpful when we come in to get routine work done. The only complaint I have is that my wife hates going alone. It’s the stereotypical female thing of “I need this and this done” and them giving the third degree. When I go in, I don’t get anywhere near as much of a fuss about other maintenance. Maybe tone down the machismo a bit.

We used Gillman Subaru North to buy our new Crosstrek a couple weeks ago. Chase was amazing! He helped us through the whole process and was very knowledgeable. He was extremely patient with us as we thought things over. Between him and the sales manager, we were able to walk out of there with the car we wanted with a great financing deal. We were called about a follow-up meeting for two weeks after the sale by Stephen. He was also incredible! He wanted to meet with us so we could ask any questions we might have about the car after being in it for a couple weeks. We were late because of an accident on 59 and he stuck around and never made us feel like an inconvenience. He answered all of our questions plus more and even ran our car through the car wash for us! And at the end of it we got a $50 gas card for making the trip! We are so glad we chose Gillman Subaru North. Fantastic staff!!
