    Put in for pictures since none were listed on their site or the car listing sites. Got a call the next day at about 11am saying I would get pictures soon. Got another call an hour later asking if I received contact and pictures, nope. Received pictures a little while after that and began to talk to the salesman. Denied both of my offers on the vehicle (even though I would be paying cash, registering it and paying taxes in a other state, and also be driving 600+ miles to pick it up). Saw the car listed the next day for $1000 more than previous on a car listing site. "Messaged" them with their little pop up chat, asked the used car managers name and any dealer fees they have associated with used cars. She didnt have that information (an employer doesnt know or cant get the name of a manager at the lot?) And someone would get ahold of me with the information. That never happened. All around poor experience from initial contact to any kind of follow up. Seems like they dont really care about working with you in any fasion.

    Working with Ann and Waleed was absolutely amazing!!! They made us feel comfortable with our new car buying experience. We really appreciated their expertise and knowledge of Subaru vehicles. I really enjoyed the fact that they took the time to get to know us, they asked about our family and kids, and how we will utilize our new vehicle. With all this information, they were able to show us some great vehicles and finalize our decision. We love our new Subaru!Read more

    My Subaru Outback sucks!!! The radio won’t turn off with the engine stopped and the doors locked. The service at Gillman has been brutal. FROM DAY 1. buy a Nissan instead. The user interface overall blows. I hate this car more with every day that passes. It is a POS!!!!!! buy a Chevy instead. This car sucks.

    Being able to start the process online was incredible, from viewing the lowest available price to getting a trade in value for the vehicle being traded. Even working with Patrick Clausen via email, analyzing finance options versus leasing, made it a very easy process that did not feel like a high pressure sale. Once an agreed upon deal was made, showing up at the scheduled appointment time to test drive the car, head to the finance department to complete all the documentation electronically and receive it on a flash drive, then back out to the vehicle to review the safety features and pair my phone up, I couldn't believe how easy the process was and the fact that we were only at the dealership an hour, maybe an hour and a half before we were back on our way to enjoy the weekend, was astonishing.
