I purchased a car with them in mid February, and they have been very unresponsive since. I tried to get a copy of my contract, but kept getting the run around and then no response. I still have not received by license plates and it is mid June! I've called and sent emails with no response. I called the tax office, and they said no application was even put in.

After playing around online looking at cars for many, many months, I finally got my husband into a Subaru dealership to see the Outbacks and Crosstreks I've been eyeballing. We saw 3 online at this dealership. He reached out to Ricky so we could meet up that evening. When we got there, Ricky was still with another client, so he introduced us to Faras. Faras pulled our first choice, an Outback, around for us to test drive. We didn't even bother looking at the other 2. This Outback was a beauty and had all the bells and whistles. And Faras was so great in showing her off. He really helped getting us comfortable with the car, her benefits, like Eyesight, and her quirks. Ricky came back to check in with us when he was finally free. Both men made the whole "car buying process" much more entertaining. I would definitely recommend working with these 2 gentlemen if you are looking into a Subaru.

I’ve owner 3 Subaru Foresters and always went to Gillman first to look and had horrible service and walked away angry. HOWEVER.... on my third try I was won over by a nice man named Jay! I went in with low expectations and he totally exceeded them. I thought I would walk away again disappointed and that was not the case. I drove away in a barely used Forester that day and was soooooo pleased with all of the help and service I received the whole time I was there. Thank you so much Jay, I’m a little late on the review but I am still so happy with my newest Forester! Gillman Subaru North has my vote now!
