I’ve owner 3 Subaru Foresters and always went to Gillman first to look and had horrible service and walked away angry. HOWEVER.... on my third try I was won over by a nice man named Jay! I went in with low expectations and he totally exceeded them. I thought I would walk away again disappointed and that was not the case. I drove away in a barely used Forester that day and was soooooo pleased with all of the help and service I received the whole time I was there. Thank you so much Jay, I’m a little late on the review but I am still so happy with my newest Forester! Gillman Subaru North has my vote now!

After almost 13 years I decided it was time to buy a new vehicle but I was dreading the process. I went to the Auto Show and picked out the SUV I wanted, a Subaru Forester. I did my research on pricing and was ready to start the process. Sunny from Gillman Subaru North called, asked me to come in and said he would try to make my car buying experience as painless as possible. From the moment I arrived he was professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and very patient when I asked question after question. I was a bit intimidated by all the bells and whistles but Sunny made sure to explain all the features and how they work. Price negotiation was easy and I was happy with the result. Throughout the entire car buying process everyone that helped me kept a positive and upbeat attitude. I am very happy with my Forester and would definitely recommend Sunny and Gillman Subaru North!

Brenda Johnson, the Internet Sales person is amazing. I have always dreaded the car buying process but she proved it doesn't have to be bad. I would highly recommend her, she took her time with me and without any pressure or the usual "sales tactics" showed me that this we the car for me. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Good job Mo you are the best, nice to know that still are people that cares, very good customer service from you. a manager that sits with you and listens to customers is what you call profesional. This is like the third car that i buy from this dealer.
