    I called Lee Auto Mall for a simple estimate on a basic service. Instead of giving me a straight price, the service person insisted I would need multiple parts and additional work I did not ask for. When I questioned the add-ons and asked for the actual price, he became extremely aggressive and refused to provide the estimate. Be very careful dealing with Lee Auto Mall. In my experience, a basic service inquiry turned into an attempt to pile on parts and services that were not requested, turning a tune-up into a full blown wallet biopsy. With that said, Patrick, if you are going to respond publicly pretending to provide customer service, you could at least use the correct name. Using the wrong name while ignoring the actual issue looks more like public image management than actual customer service. It’s sad, because I know people who actually work at Lee in Westbrook and there are good people in the building. Unfortunately, this experience and the public response to it do not reflect well on the operation.

    We had a great experience purchasing a truck at Lee Dodge Westbrook! Our salesperson was Evan Giroux he was very attentive, a pleasure to work with and made sure we got the truck we wanted at the price we were looking for. We love the truck and will go back to Lee for future purchases.

    We had an excellent experience with Lee Auto. Their team was quick, communicative, and got our truck repaired faster than expected. We’re more than happy with the service and appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

    This was my third vehicle from this dealership, and once again an amazing experience. It was actually the easiest buying experience, like always. Eli was fantastic - professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out to me is that the grandson of the owner works there. That says a lot about the integrity and values of this dealership. Their team and smooth buying process is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.
