    Bought an 2023 Tesla model Y at Westbrook and was told I could apply get the 4k used ev tax credit but that was far from the truth. Upon looking at the tax credit the car doesn’t even come close to qualifying. As they sell EVs and deal with this everyday day I took their word. When I called the sales manager to express my concern with my sales guy and finance manager I was told they both told the same story about they said nothing about a tax credit. Honestly I expected that answer. Moral of the story is do not trust what they have to say or promise. My second issue and the final reason for never doing business with Lee is sales said I could do service in Auburn as I live in Augusta. I have an issue with my rear seatbelt that will not stay latched so they called and said to bring it in on this date and look at it. I asked if this appointment was for Auburn and he said no it’s for Westbrook because Auburn would not service my car and I would have to drive an hr for service. This is the second lie I have been told by the sales department. I purchased my own replacement seat belt and will fix it myself. This is a long post but hopefully it will help someone in the future. Do not trust anything the sales people tell you. Do your own research. If you have the opportunity take your business elsewhere.

    I was never contacted with updates about the loan. I assume it didn't get approved since this survey and a thanks for visiting from the manager email got sent. Awful follow up.

    I went to try the special credit. I spoke to the lady on the phone and she was fully aware that I wanted a pick up truck. When I got there the guys were very nice and helpful, however, I was told at that time that they didn't have a used pick up in the inventory. It was a waste of all of our time. If I had known, I would not have drove an hour for nothing

    We went in to trade in the jeep for a frontier. We arrived and nobody was available so we waited...then after telling them how much I hate jeep brand they come back and tell me I can't have the used frontier but they can put me into a 2024 jeep renegade Total waste of my time

    My appointment was with Mike who then didn’t have time to see us. Passed us to Andrew who was nice but are the computers on the desk for show. He had to work off his cell phone. Not real professional to not be able to use the computer. Then the financing info came back. No name of the finance company, no exact payment just a low to high payment range. Car was priced at the high end but was not able to look at any of these cars or have any option since they said my very loose payment range was based on this one car. Mike came out to talk to us as we were leaving but immediately referred to my husband even though I was the one who scheduled the appointment. I ended up leaving, trading my van for a white 2019 Hyundai Tuscan just like they were trying to get me to purchase. 11,000 miles less and $3,000 less.
