I purchased two vehicles from here back in October 2022. The initial interaction with the salesperson was pleasant. However, after just a few days, I started noticing issues with the cars. When I tried to reach out to the dealership, they just gave me the runaround every single time. I would call and ask for someone to contact me so I could resolve my issues, but nobody would ever call me back. Then I would get transferred to a line to speak to someone about the issues, and I would never get an answer, even after leaving a message. I even went to the dealership on two separate occasions, and I was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they did not have anyone available to help me. I was even told that they wouldn't do anything for me anyway because I purchased the cars "as is." The night I purchased the cars, I was told I would have all the paperwork emailed to me, and to this day, I have not received it. I feel like I'm stuck with two defective cars that I am paying for, and they just wiped their hands clean of any responsibility. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. It's incredibly frustrating. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The fact that it has been over 6 months and I have not been helped a single time is completely unacceptable and I am incredibly disappointed with this experience.Source: Google

I just bought a Subaru outback from them. Francisco, the salesperson was very responsive and excellent. I live over an hour away in South Houston and we concluded the whole deal over the phone. They stuck with every agreement with no surprise billing or fees. The price is what we agreed on. Very upfront and fair.Source: Google

Note: Subaru makes great cars, but like many manufacturers they have a difficult time owning up to a known defect until a class action suit gets results. The known battery drain issue in many models resulted in a settlement where Subaru will replace batteries when one fails, however their testing appears to be unlike traditional battery testing so it makes it a challenge to actually get resolution in a timely fashion despite previous record of a failure. Unless the battery is in a failed state at the dealer, no coverage will be afforded. While the dealer did offer a loaner in good faith to allow them to keep my car until it fails, it should be known that something as simple as a battery can be a substantial inconvenience. I suggest buyers research this issue before a Subaru purchase from any dealer.Source: Google
